What is Domiciliary Care? Domiciliary care is a type of support and assistance provided to individuals who require help with daily activities and personal care but wish to remain living in their own homes rather than moving to a care facility or nursing home. Here at Nationwide Care, we break our domiciliary services into specialist segments, so we can meet each individual need fully. A typical day might include help with:
Everyday tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and cooking
Helping with finances and associated phone calls or appointments
Companionship (popping round for a chat, playing games etc)
Live in care
Specialist support services – we’ll work with you to find out exactly what is needed and create a care plan you are happy with.
Respite care – giving the chance for others to have a break and refuel. This can be regular or ad hoc.
