POLITE REMINDER

Today 2 people did not attend their appointments. This was despite reminders being sent out yesterday.
In the past 2 days I have turned away many enquiries because there has been no appointment availability.
Please remember to check your appointment date and time.
If you need to change or cancel please give us a call.
A reminder of our Cancellation policy - we require 24 hours notice to change/cancel otherwise full fee is payable.
Missed appointments have a serious effect on this small business.

I am taking a few days off this week to recharge after an extremely busy couple of months.
The next availability is w/c 21st July. I will also be reopening the appointment book to new enquiries from that date.
If you wish to make an appointment, or go onto the cancellation list, I will respond to all messages when the CLINIC REOPENS on MONDAY 30th JUNE.

We are now booking appointments for mid January onwards. Please give the clinic a call to get booked in.
However, a couple of appointments have become available before Christmas, which are suitable for returning clients.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to book one of these.
