This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, and we're celebrating the power of nature to support wellbeing.

At Grow Wild Outreach, we've seen firsthand how time outdoors, meaningful activity, and community connection transform lives. Our participants discover confidence, build resilience, and find peace in nature.

Whether it's planting trees, clearing rivers, or simply being together in green spaces, nature is medicine. 🌿

I had the pleasure of presenting an Asda Foundation grant for £1,000 to Grow Wild Outreach who do some amazing work in and around Kettering.

They support young people who may struggle with mainstream education or social opportunities through an inclusive and nurturing environment.

At Grow Wild Outreach we support a range of ages with SEN, SEMH and other additional needs.

This summer we are offering a Holiday Club in Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, AND Croydon!

The club will run this summer from the 20th July to the 24th August 2026.
