It’s Intergenerational week and we celebrated with a visit from Bloom baby group. It was such a fantastic morning with our residents and a lovely group of babies 😍😍

Our residents were delighted to spend some time with the babies and their parents and we can not wait for the next visit!!!

We organised a special day for our Alan that turned out to be a special day for so many of our residents. We had Rotherham Riders .R.R.join us at Whiston hall today for a bike meet and what a day it was.

The sun was shining and the bikes were loud 🏍️

Our residents had the warmest welcome from the group and thoroughly enjoyed looking at all the bikes. Who knew we had so many residents that had owned and ridden on bikes in the past!!!!

It was a fantastic afternoon and we really hope they come to visit us again 🤞🤞🤞

Tomorrow Saturday 24th we will be having a visit from Rotherham Riders .R.R. At 2pm to show off some of there bikes and meet our staff and residents.

The visit will be in the car park and will follow into the dining room for tea and cakes 😀

The weather forecast is bright so please do come down and join us 🏍️🛵🏍️

We have had a lovely time today celebrating St George’s day with some fantastic singing from Paul 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

We had a special birthday sing song for our lovely Collette as well. A great day was had by all 😀

Yesterday we had the pleasure of helping Colin celebrate his birthday with his wife Shirley. Colin comes to visit Shirley every day without fail and has become a part of the Whiston Hall Family.

We are looking for a new Activities Co Ordinator at Whiston Hall 😁

A fantastic job opportunity has become available at Whiston Hall for an Activity coordinator 30 hours a week. We would love you to come join our team to facilitate our residents with meaningful fulfilling activities.

Our staff of the month for March has gone to our Maintenance man Calum. Calum goes above and beyond in his role and is always willing to help out in any way he can. We are extremely lucky to have him as part of our team 😁

Yesterday we celebrated ‘Italian Food and Culture Month’ at Whiston Hall with an Italian inspired Banquet for dinner 🇮🇹

We enjoyed Charcuterie boards for the tables and limoncello to wash it all down 🍹

Our residents really enjoy trying out new foods created by our wonderful kitchen staff.
