WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE YOUR BODY DURING A SOUND BATH?

It’s a different experience each time and for each person, no two sound baths are the same.

But the stages are REAL...
You start resisting, your mind won’t shut up, your body’s tense, surrender isn’t easy....then...something shifts...the sound does something you can’t quite explain, your breathing changes, your shoulders drop.
somewhere in there you stop trying, you just...exist.

And by the end? You’re different, not fixed, just...lighter, clearer...more yourself.

It’s not about the sound itself……the bowls don’t heal you, they simply create space for YOU to HEAL YOURSELF.

When the sound & vibrations moves through you, your breath deepens, your mind softens, and your energy begins to rise again.

Healing doesn’t come from outside of you.

It starts in the stillness that sound creates within you.

It starts when you begin to listen, not with your ears, but with you whole beginning.
