Pamper parties available for small numbers,enjoy holistic treatments with friends!Reflexology, Hot Stone Reflexology and Indian Head Massage are Holistic treatments which can encourage self healing and wellbeing.Reflexology is a relaxing massage of the feet where reflex points found on the feet act as 'mirrors' and reflect the body's organs and tissues. The reflexology massage stimulates the circulation of the body encouraging self healing and allowing the flow of 'energy' in areas which may have become imbalanced. The reflexology treatment is an effective reliever of stress, tension and tiredness. A reflexology treatment lasts for approximately 45 mins but can be extended if required.Hot Stone Reflexology uses natural basalt stones. The heat from the stones opens the reflex pathways to make the treatment extemely relaxing leaving your whole body feeling restored, balanced and rejuvenated. A Hot Stone reflexology treatment lasts approximately 1 Hr.An Indian Head Massage is a seated massage performed through clothing. The massage works on areas of the body that accumulates stress and tension these being the shoulders ,neck and head. Oils can be used which can benefit the the condition of the hair and scalp, the use of an oil is personnal preference. Benefits of an Indian Head Massage may include reducing aches and pains, stimulates blood circulation to the scalp, relieves tension headaches and migraines, relieves shoulder tension,relieves sinusitis and reduces stress and anxiety aswell as a general feeling of wellbeing and relaxation. A treatment approximately lasts 30 minutes but can be adjusted to suit personal needs.Mini and Deluxe facial Treatments to encourage relaxation,revitalise,nourish and balance the skin with soothing botanical facial preparations.
