Meet the Manager – Leanne 👋

Born in Whitby, Leanne has spent more than 20 years working in the care sector and caring for others is truly at the heart of everything she does.

Starting her journey as a Care Assistant for 18 years before moving into management, Leanne brings a huge amount of experience, compassion, and dedication to Whitby Court. She is passionate about elderly care and takes pride in creating a warm, happy, and supportive home for both residents and staff.

When she’s not at work, Leanne is busy being a wife and proud mum of four, and loves spending quality time with family and friends.

Anyone who knows Leanne will tell you she’s kind, approachable, hardworking, and always puts others first making her a fantastic leader for Whitby Court!
