The hardest thing I ever had to do was believe in myself again after I lost everything.
When you lose faith in yourself—and in life—it gets dark.
It can feel like no one understands, like no one can help you out of the mud.
But listen to me…
No matter how bad it gets, deep within you lives a light that can’t be put out.
Some call it hope. Others call it courage. For me, it was resilience. And it never left me.
To find it again, you have to quiet the world. Go within. Remember who you are.
Look at everything you’ve survived. Give yourself credit for still being here. Then find just one reason to keep moving.
That’s all you need.
"You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
—Eleanor Roosevelt
So look fear in the face.
It was never a wolf.
Only the shadow of a kitten.
You've got this.
