Singing Bowl Massage.

What is it? What does it involve?
Do I need to ‘do’ anything?

You simply lie on a massage bed and relax. Himalayan singing bowls are placed on your body and played.
The vibrations, energies and frequencies travel through your body, deeply relaxing your muscles, whilst the sounds relax your mind.
You are then wrapped in warm blankets and are enveloped in the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls to finish off your wonderful Soundbath experience. Total bliss!
