As of today I am now on maternity leave, as stated in previous posts, please do not worry, I won't be gone for too long 😂

Chris will be taking over 1 day a week for me throughout May and June 🙌
All his available dates are available to book online via the website link☺️

I currently have a waiting/message list for when I am back working, please if you haven't already and would like to be on this list get in touch as soon as possible 🤗

I want to thank every single one of you for all the support throughout this crazy chapter in life💖

As many of you already know, I’m expecting a new arrival very soon 👶

Just a quick update on what this means for my sports massage business:

📌 From 15th May, I’ll be taking 6–8 weeks completely off. During this time, I won’t be responding to messages, calls, or emails
📌 Chris (the legend!) will be looking after clients who need treatment while I’m away
📌 He’ll be available 1 day a week – you can find all dates on my booking site
📌 I’ll post an update when I’m back and will contact everyone on my priority list

Thank you all so much for your continued support over the past few years — it really means a lot.

After working from home for the past 4 years, I have finally moved🙌

I will now be working from The MF Project.
We have a little studio at the front of the gym🎉

We are still working on this little studio but as from Monday 13th of April, all treatments will take place here🌞

I will contact all regarding this move over the next few weeks, just so people don't forget😊

Something exciting, coming soon!!

As most of you know we have opened a gym up on Stainsacre Lane Industrial Estate🎉
We are aiming to have the sports therapy clinic up and running from the gym by the start of April✨️✨️

This will mean all massage, assessments and rehab appointments will be up at the gym🤗

Keep your eyes peeled, and we will keep you all up to date as things progress🙌

As a lot of you already know. In November I am opening a new gym in Whitby🎉

This will sadly alter my working hours, however I will still be offering the same amount of weekly spaces, just at different times to work around our lovely staff🙌

I hope you can all understand this change in working hours and hope to still see all your lovely faces😁
