Breathing & Sinking the Qi

This weekend will be a great event for those of you who know that you need to focus upon what seems to be a very simple principle.
To sink the Qi.
Daily life, stress, nervous system overload and the way our society and culture works supports the opposite. Let alone quite a lot of popular practices that fire the system up and rush to much, too soon, upwards in the body/energy system. So to sink within and to rest, be at ease within our body is not a small thing at all.
To find ease, even in the face of a stressful situation, to be at peace with ourselves, so that when we close our eyes and enter our inner world we find somewhere that we love to be for a considerable length of time, are all signs of being able to sink the qi.
