Now that we're well into the summer holidays, I asked my assistant Brenda for her best tips to feel the very best you can in your body this summer πͺπΌ Here's what she had to say...
βοΈ Stay hydrated in the heat! If you're feeling particularly dehydrated, try coconut water which is full of electrolytes π₯₯
βοΈ Don't forget your SPF... and to stay out of the sun during the hottest parts of the day. Did you know UVA rays can be just as damaging in overcast weather as they are when it's sunny? π₯οΈ
