Just a gentle reminder Cancellation Policy We are human and we all make mistakes and forget things. And, we know that emergencies will come up too causing you to miss appointments. In a service business where appointments must be booked for treatments, your appointment time is reserved for and dedicated to you and only you. If you will kindly give us a 24-hour cancellation notice, we can usually fill the spot and everyone wins. However We can’t ‘sell’ that time to someone else if we don’t know in advance that you aren’t going to be there. As I'm sure you can appreciate if you don't give a minimum of 24 hours notice then you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as our cancellation policy outlines We are always willing to work together for a win-win and even give a free pass when it’s the right thing to do for when you encounters the rare urgency that prevents you from being able to make it in. thankyou
