Who am i and What do i do? Im isobel, pleased to meet you! I am a wellness and movement expert
I help busy perimenopausal and menopausal ladies bust their stress and feel great in mind and body through Massage Yoga Fitnesspilates . Basically I bust stress for a living and i can bust your stress to and help let you enjoy life to the full - join us online or in realife dm to make an appointment or to join an online class

Why do i do this ? Because i love it why else?! What better result is there than to see someone at the end of their session smiling , moving and relaxed ?! I provide solutions that really enable clients to live life to the full and not be restricted by lack of movement , pain discomfort, lessening strength, balance, and other such issues which often are resulting from the effect that peri/postmenopause has on our bodies and minds . I have been working with womens bodies and minds for many years using massage and yoga and have recently added coaching fitnesspilates (after having practiced pilates for many years and gained real benefits ) to the mix to offer the best allround solutions tailored to each client

Strength Without Standing

You don’t have to stand to get stronger. Seated strength work can still challenge muscles, support bone health, and improve confidence in daily movement. That’s why weights are woven into our seated yoga and Pilates session safely, gradually, and with plenty of options.

Strong doesn’t have to mean scary. If standing exercise isn’t right for you, seated strength may be exactly what you need.

In our seated mix class, weights aren’t about “working harder.” There about fun and everyday movements As we age, muscles and bones need a bit of resistance to stay strong. Yoga and Pilates build excellent control and flexibility adding light weights helps maintain strength for standing, carrying, and staying steady.

We start small. Tins, light dumbbells, whatever feels right. Progress happens at your pace. If strength feels like a big word, this is a very gentle fun way to meet it.

Strength supports: getting out of a chair, carrying shopping and feeling steady and secure. Our seated mix class blends yoga, Pilates, and gentle resistance all in a friendly welcoming group. Nothing extreme. Nothing intimidating. Just movement thats designed to make life feel easier for longer.
