Im isobel, pleased to meet you! I am a wellness and movement expert
I help busy perimenopausal and menopausal ladies bust their stress and feel great in mind and body through Massage Yoga Fitnesspilates . Basically I bust stress for a living and i can bust your stress to and help let you enjoy life to the full - join us online or in realife dm to make an appointment or to join an online class

Why do i do this ? Because i love it why else?! What better result is there than to see someone at the end of their session smiling , moving and relaxed ?! I provide solutions that really enable clients to live life to the full and not be restricted by lack of movement , pain discomfort, lessening strength, balance, and other such issues which often are resulting from the effect that peri/postmenopause has on our bodies and minds . I have been working with womens bodies and minds for many years using massage and yoga and have recently added coaching fitnesspilates (after having practiced pilates for many years and gained real benefits ) to the mix to offer the best allround solutions tailored to each client

The Most Important Pose? The One Where You BreatHe

There is no rush , no “perfect pose” to reach.

Be kind to yourself and enjoy each session . Every class is a chance to learn something new about your body and your mind. Which sounds corny but its true, Celebrate the small wins (they count!) and remember: progress and bodies look different .

Yoga really is for everybody whatever your age, ability, or level of flexibility. So take a deep breath, roll out your mat, and enjoy the moment.

If youre new to yoga what should you expext? First and foremost a warm welcome!!!

Here is the first in a series of suggestions to help make first classes more comfortable

Breathing it is the secret ingredient, the best bit and most overlooked bit .

No fancy techniques required (although there are lots of different patterns ) to start just breathe slow, low steady.
So no matter what youre doing or not doing with your body wether you think youve got it or not in a pose or whether youve forgotten it all (usually thats me😉)
Simply remember to breathe, and then you ll be doing brilliantly.

Yoga isnt just what you see on on screens ;- moving fancy shapes and bendy bodies
(my yoga is slow comfy clothes and giggles and lots of props!)
