Super excited to be all set up now & ready to go!! Thank you to everyone that's helped with odd jobs & the rugby club and players for letting me re-organise everything 🤭🤭

As well as working within the NHS, I also work as a rugby physiotherapist for , where my role involves a range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing players' health and performance:

🏈Applying strapping and taping on match days
🏈Providing first aid and managing injuries on the pitchside
🏈Conducting injury assessments
🏈Offering advice and creating rehabilitation plans
🏈Conducting risk assessments and emergency planning

Working in this capacity has provided me with valuable experience, and I am thrilled to now have my own space within the club. This enables me to extend physiotherapy and massage services to a broader community beyond just WRFU players!
