Exercise is so much more than physical changes, and I will always advocate that nothing can positively impact your mental health as quickly as exercise.

You might not see changes in the mirror every time, but your lungs, your heart and your mind are clapping after every workout 🧠 🙌🏽

Your “normal” day is someone else’s dream, so be thankful everyday. 🛐

Just remember there was once a younger version of you who didn’t think they’d make it this far.

But here you are. Still standing. Still growing. Still finding your way, even on the hard days.

That version of you the one who doubted, who struggled, who wondered if things would ever get better they would be so proud of you now. Proud that you kept going, even when it felt impossible. Thankful that you didn’t give up on them.

So even if you feel like you’re not where you’re supposed to be just know this: You’ve come so far. And that alone is something to be proud of.

- Listen to your body, not ego. Pain isn’t progress.
- Strength training is essential. Not for looks, but for metabolism, hormones, joints, longevity. 🏋🏻‍♀️
- Train your recovery as hard as your workouts.
- Train for energy, mobility, joy, and mental wellbeing Build a life you can fully live. 🧠
- Progress > perfection. You’ll slip up. That’s life. Keep moving forward.
