Staff Christmas Party 🥳🎄

We had an absolutely fantastic time at our staff Christmas party, and it was the perfect chance to say a huge THANK YOU to every single member of our team.

Over the past year, you’ve shown nothing but dedication, compassion, and professionalism while supporting our domiciliary care clients. Day in and day out, you go above and beyond, often behind the to make sure people are safe, supported, and treated with dignity in their own homes.

Your hard work does not go unnoticed. The difference you make to the lives of our clients and their families is truly remarkable, and we are so proud of the caring, committed, and passionate team we have.

Today was all about celebrating YOU and you deserve every bit of it. Here’s to an incredible team, an amazing year, and even better things ahead.

✨ What a Wonderful Christmas Party! ✨

We had such a fantastic time celebrating Christmas with our amazing service users. The room was full of smiles, laughter, and festive cheer! 🎄

Everyone enjoyed some lovely food, and we were treated to brilliant entertainment from Derek Harrison on the piano, who had us singing along to some much loved Christmas songs. We also had great fun playing pass the parcel, which brought out plenty of laughter!

Days like this remind us why we do what we do. We truly love and appreciate our service users. You mean so much to us, and it was a joy to celebrate the festive season together ❤️

Thank you to Prees Sports and Social Club for continuing to be a gracious host every year. Also a massive thank you to our staff team for organising and helping during event in all the ways you did 🥰

This truly was a great way to celebrate Christmas ✨

Today, our Care Coordinator Louise completed the Assessors Workshop for Medication Handling.

In this course Louise learned how to assess our carers to be competent in their medication management and administration, identifying poor practice, having difficult conversations and using different assessment tools to make sure our team are providing safe and effective care.

We look forward to putting this good training to use and ensuring our team and providing the best high quality care for our service users.

Thank you to Partners in Care for providing such an essential course that enables us to continue to improve the service we provide.
