MEE-FIT

MEE-FIT Hey, Dan here. It’s nice to have you checking out our page

We are not really into talking too much about our professional history. So let’s talk more about you.

Because the thing is, I know that most people visiting this page don’t really want to know about me, they are looking for a sign that we might be the right people to help them. If you are on this page looking for a bit of support and guidance, then nothing we tell you here can change much. Certainly not a long list of our qualifications and experience. The art of helping people achieve incredible and long lasting change comes from getting to understand what makes you happy. So here is a little task for you;

I want you to imagine what would be a perfect day for you would be. How much energy would you need to enjoy your perfect day? How would you LOVE to look on your perfect day? What one thing about the way you look would you change to ensure the day was even more perfect? And if you need some help with any of those things, then feel free to send me an email to dan@meefit.co.uk

and we can help you figure out if we are the right people to support you. Enjoy the rest of your day,

Coach Dan

Whether you’ve been training for 10 weeks, 10 months or 10 years, you’re bound to experience changes.

Here’s what’s changed for our members, some big, some small, but all massively important…

Robyn wasn’t sure she could do it.

She’d lost confidence after an accident, and the idea of the gym felt out of reach.

But she gave it a go.

Now she’s back doing full sessions, feeling stronger, and actually enjoying training.

“MEE-FIT has helped me get my life back on track. I feel like myself again.”

If you’re on the fence, just know, you don’t have to wait to feel ready to get started.

The year’s only just begun, but there’s already been plenty to celebrate.

A new training block.
New goals set at the Summit.
Simple advice that actually sticks.
And a few brilliant member stories along the way.

If your year hasn’t quite started how you hoped, you’re not behind and you’re not alone either.

We’re here when you’re ready to make a change.

“You don’t lose strength first… you lose power.”

As we age, our ability to move quickly declines faster than our ability to move heavy things. That matters.

Power helps with:
✔️ Preventing falls
✔️ Reacting fast
✔️ Staying agile and independent

It’s not about crazy, flashy moves. Even small things, like hops or controlled landings, can train your muscles to fire faster.

And that can make a real difference in everyday life.

“I don’t think I would’ve survived without the gym.”

This is from one of our members who faced serious illness last year.

Each member in this reel came back stronger than they expected. And they all credit the same thing:
Being fit before it happened.

We don’t train for six-packs here.
We train for life.

👉 If you’re over 40 and want to feel stronger, steadier, and more resilient, we’d love to help.

Ever feel like you’ve lost your mojo with your health?

You’re not alone.

We asked the MEE-FIT team how they’d approach someone feeling a little bit stuck…

Motivation comes and goes.
Support matters more than willpower.
And you don’t have to do this on your own.

If this feels familiar, watch the reel 🎥
It might be exactly what you need to hear today.

“At 58, I thought gyms weren’t for me…”
Emma had tried walking, running, even strength training at home, but nothing stuck.

After sitting on the fence, wanting something to change, her husband signed her up for MEE-FIT.

10 weeks on, she’s lifting weights, feeling stronger, and finally enjoying exercise.

She didn’t think she’d like it.
She didn’t think she could do it.
But she showed up, and everything changed.

💬 “I was the least likely person to do something like this. If I can do it, anyone can.”

Know someone who needs to hear this? Send it their way.

We put the MEE-FIT team through our VO2 Max test.

Not because we wanted to see who’s the fittest…
But because this is one of the best ways to understand your fitness properly.

Your VO2 Max gives you a clear picture of:
How fit your heart and lungs really are
How hard you should be training
What to focus on if you want to improve health, energy and longevity

It takes the guesswork out of training.

If you’ve ever thought:
“I don’t know if what I’m doing is actually working…”
This is where you start.

Want to book a VO2 Max test at MEE-FIT?
Message us the word VO2 and we’ll send you the details.

We asked our members how they fit training around real life.

Work.
Kids.
School runs.
Shared diaries.

Some talked about tag-teaming parenting.
Others about carving out one hour that’s just for them.

Different lives. Same truth.
It only works when it fits your life.

This time of year, everyone talks about the “Best Diets”.
Cut carbs.
Skip meals.
Stick to shakes.

But here’s the truth:
These plans just don’t fit everybody.

We’ve coached hundreds of people who’ve tried it all…
and what works long term?
The diet that works for you.

One that supports you, your goals, and your routine.
Not one that falls apart the moment life gets busy.

If you’re done with all-or-nothing approach to food, we’re here to help.

“I’m 63 and I’ve never felt stronger, or more supported.” 💪

Miriam joined MEE-FIT to get stronger without picking up more injuries.
She didn’t expect to find a crew who cheer her on, push her to lift heavier, and make her laugh every session.

Small group training changed everything:
✅ Proper technique
✅ No pressure, no egos
✅ Just real people getting stronger together

Age doesn’t matter. Experience doesn’t matter.
If you want to feel strong, capable and joyful in your body, this is your sign.

💬 Drop us a message if you’re ready to feel like this too.
