Because the thing is, I know that most people visiting this page don’t really want to know about me, they are looking for a sign that we might be the right people to help them. If you are on this page looking for a bit of support and guidance, then nothing we tell you here can change much. Certainly not a long list of our qualifications and experience. The art of helping people achieve incredible

and long lasting change comes from getting to understand what makes you happy. So here is a little task for you;

April was a great month.

12 new clients.
Our biggest Spring Games turnout yet.
New client stories from Tony, Kev, Clare & Helen.
A brand new MEE-FIT Podcast episode with Dan & Marcus talking GLP-1s & fitness.
And plenty of honest advice shared from the people living it every week inside the gym.

A lot of people showing up for themselves. Building confidence. Getting stronger. Feeling better.

Thanks to everyone who’s been part of it.

“What’s something you can do now that you couldn’t do before you started?”

The answers are rarely about six packs or dress sizes.

It’s:
• standing up straight without their back hurting
• walking upstairs without getting out of breath
• carrying shopping, gardening all day, or fixing a fence without feeling broken afterwards
• feeling strong enough to take on things they never thought possible

One member told us:

“It’s taken 20 years off my age in my head.”

That’s what we’re about, not pressuring people to be perfect, or to punish their bodies from training too hard. Just feeling more capable in your own life again.

And it doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up, being supported, and building strength bit by bit.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, but keep telling yourself you’re too unfit, too old, or it’s too late… maybe this is your reminder that small steps can change a lot.

Helen came to us exhausted, achy, and struggling with things that used to feel easy.

You don’t need to be a “gym person” to get the benefits.

That’s one of the biggest misconceptions we hear.

A lot of people avoid strength training because they’re worried about getting it wrong…
injuring themselves…
or just feeling out of place.

But in reality, it’s one of the lowest-risk forms of exercise you can do.

And over time, not doing it carries a far bigger cost.

Less strength.
Less confidence.
More difficulty with everyday things.

It doesn’t need to be complicated.
Start simple.

You don’t need to change who you are.
You just need to start.
