We are not really into talking too much about our professional history. So let’s talk more about you.

Because the thing is, I know that most people visiting this page don’t really want to know about me, they are looking for a sign that we might be the right people to help them. If you are on this page looking for a bit of support and guidance, then nothing we tell you here can change much. Certainly not a long list of our qualifications and experience. The art of helping people achieve incredible and long lasting change comes from getting to understand what makes you happy. So here is a little task for you;

I want you to imagine what would be a perfect day for you would be. How much energy would you need to enjoy your perfect day? How would you LOVE to look on your perfect day? What one thing about the way you look would you change to ensure the day was even more perfect? “What’s the key difference between coaching people in their 40s and 50s versus someone in their 20s?”

• Show them the supportive community you’ve been part of
• Let them experience how small-group PT actually works

And if they decide to join you long-term? You’ll receive £100 credit as a thank-you.

Five years at MEE-FIT 2.0 🖤
A little walk through some of the moments that shaped us.

Slide 1 – July 2020
Opening day at our current site.
We’d signed the lease in February… and then lockdown hit.
Four months of Zoom and outdoor sessions later, we finally opened our doors.

Slide 2 – April 2021
Our true re-opening.
After a disrupted first year of mini lockdowns, this is when things really began.
The moment it started to feel real.

Slide 3 – February 2023
Team MEE-FIT climbed Kilimanjaro.
Led by Coach Tommy, with a group of incredible members, we raised over £10,000 for Blood Cancer UK.
An unforgettable adventure.

Slide 4 – April 2024
The very first MEE-FIT Summit.
Talks, goal setting, reflection—and a chance to come together as a community beyond the gym floor.
We’ll be making this a tradition.

Slide 5 – May 2024
The MEE-FIT Podcast was born.
From small-town gym to a story worth sharing.
In episode one, me and Shan shared how this all began.

We opened our member coffee area.
A warm space to pause, chat, and connect—before or after a session.
It’s already seen some brilliant conversations.

Wilderness survival weekend.

New training block starts today 💪

We’re kicking off our next 10-week block at MEE-FIT

We’ll be working towards:

💥 2-rep max on deadlifts
💥 2-rep max on incline bench press
💥 4-rep max on dips

Same focus on building strength & confidence. Same supportive environment. Just a new challenge to work towards, one step at a time.

If you’re already training with us, we’d love you to track your sessions in the MEE-FIT app, it helps you (and us) keep a clear picture of your progress. Not sure how? Ask your coach and we’ll get you set up.

Testing week for this block will be the week commencing the 29th of September for those wanting to take part!

Saturday’s Summer Summit was a little quieter than usual — but the conversations were next level.

Real reflection.

Practical plans for making progress through summer, not just waiting for September.

We spoke about what’s been working, what’s felt hard, and what we want the second half of 2025 to look like — not just in the gym, but in life too.
