After testing the microbiome and once we have results and a plan to follow we can then begin feeding your existing microbiome (gut bacteria/flora). We use food as medicine for the bacteria. The bacteria thrive when given an optimum environment. The optimum environment can be created through eating unprocessed foods, avoiding stress and eating foods which heal the body. With the test we can see if the body is under stress. If it’s inflamed and what foods the body needs to flourish specifically for YOU and your gut ✨
This client was suffering with consistent gas and bloating and constipation despite eating what he thought was a good healthy diet. Some of the healthy foods he was eating weren’t doing him any good and were actually adding to his discomfort. We swapped these out for healthy foods on his recommended list and his bloating and gas stopped and he now has good daily bowel movements thanks to colonics, the microbiome test food recommendations along with some of my mindfulness techniques and suggested breathwork and meditations to alleviate and manage his stress.
