We would love to welcome you to a 6 day retreat with Datça Retreats in Turkey. Join us in the rural unspoiled Aegean Coast, a peaceful sanctuary where the mountains meet the sea.

Time to Breathe and Be. Start to wind down, come into the present moment. Embracing the autumn energy and start to prepare for the winter energy.

Dates: Sunday 19th of October to Friday 24th of October

**The Retreat Instructors**

➡️ An international intuitive Healer and Psychotherapist, Neelam has been holding spaces for nearly 20 years in an integrative way in helping people with various emotional and physical unease. Neelam will lead meditations, well-being workshops helping you to come back to yourself and bring in balance. 1:1 sessions will be available.

➡️ An experienced Yoga Instructor and Holistic Therapist , Sunitha brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to yoga. Her teaching blends intelligent sequencing, breath awareness, and deep presence to create a space where students of all levels can reconnect with themselves.

Through slow, intentional movement, breathwork, and guided rest, Sunitha supports each participant in reconnecting with their body, calming the nervous system, and cultivating inner resilience. This retreat is an invitation to rebalance, reconnect and revive.. 1:1 sessions with Sunitha will be available for facials and massages.

➡️Native to the land, Sel will be leading the excursions and will oversee any of your needs during your stay. Sel will also offer professional photography.

Neelam is a third generational intuitive spiritual healer, Reiki Healer and Vortex Practitioner and has been holding healing spaces for over 15 years. Dannie is a beautiful soul and is an intuitive Reiki healer, Sound Therapist and Yoga Instructor. Join us for a magical evening guided into an active meditation to connect with your higher selves, to receive a spiritual healing. Followed by sound therapy which works through all bodies, energetic and physical. As you integrate the healings you will receive, should you wish, a hands on reiki experience. Followed by time to ground with a herbal tea.

Guidance in meditation today; imagine you are driving a vehicle(your body), the road (your life), now ask yourself who is taking control of the wheel?
Where are these ideas of how you live your life come from. Is it other people’s voices, expectations. Is someone pulling you into their road, to make their life easier? Do they need you to behave in a certain way to meet their needs?
What do you need to do take control of your wheel?
I was shown how to navigate my road.
I don’t believe in resolutions but I believe in small goals.
I wish you all a clear direction of how you want to navigate 2025 and have every manifestations your heart desires on the journey.
They say life is the journey not the destination. Therefore let’s take a first class seat and make it an amazing one!🙏🏽
