Join me for this empowering day of Reiki Healing.
Level 1 is all about self healing and the beginning of YOUR reiki journey. During the day you will recieve attunements to the Reiki energy. A sacred practice and process. We discuss the history and origin of The Reiki Healing Stystem, start to explore the Chakra System in more detail, introducing to the 3 pillars of reiki as well as the 5 principles. You will learn hand positions for self healing and recieve the guided meditation, as well as beginning to understand how to treat loved ones, plants, animals etc.
Lunch is provided.
At the end of the day you will recieve your Reiki Level 1 cerificate, gift and manual.

I am a qualified Reiki Master and Teacher as well as a full time practioner. Reiki underpins everything that I do and all that I am.

I keep the circles very small. So limited spaces.

Wow just like that 4 weeks of Kids Club has come to a close. Unbelievable 🌈💕☀️🧘‍♀️

Yoga Nature Club started as an idea to bring something to the kids of Prestwich. A space where they could truly be themselves. Play in outdoors. Express themselves freely as kids should do.
Play.
Explore.
Use their imaginations.
Have adventures.
Make friends.
Craft.
Take on challenges.
Climb trees.
Make a mess.
Be loud.
Run dance skip play.
Rest relax read chill.
Breathe.
Experience.
Love.

In a nuturing environment led by likeminded yogis, teachers and all round magical humans.

It started off as an idea, a vision, a dream. With hard work, dedication ( slight craziness to take it on ) and sheer determination to make it succeed, for the kids. Now an OFSTED registered holiday club, with great feedback, high standards, continuity of care through all school holidays.
Children NEED this space. Here we are!
And I couldn’t be prouder.

So much work goes into the club each day, prep in the weeks leading up to it and the energy we each bring to it without fail.

The amazing team ( I couldn’t do it without you all!!! ) my bestie my hubby .mcr ,work wife , my right arm , my deputy and sidekick , my daughters for sharing their mummy time over the summer with kids club , 💕
The parents for continuing to send your kids to us and telling all your friends about it too!
And of course the mini yogis themselves who literally make it all worthwhile come rain or shine. Always a pleasure spending the day having fun with you all!!!!

Kids yoga nature club is running for 4 weeks in the school hols and we couldn’t be more excited. One of the BEST ( and there are loads ) bits about our club is that it is absolutely screen free. Children play, create, engage, explore, have a fun, outdoors ALL DAY

The results are improved sleeping, better behaviour, more positive engagement and communication to name just a few.

Books and stories are super important to our offering, themed days full of magic and imagination, story led yoga classes to start and end the day.
