Your seven energy centres (chakras) will be unblocked and rebalanced to leave you feeling re-energised. Negative energy causing discomfort will be replaced with positive energy helping you to feel cleansed and recharged. In addition to activating the crystals, if you wish, I will also use Reiki healing energy to boost the crystal vibrations and help your body feel healed..
