Pets at Peace Pet Cremation Service Pets at Peace is a small family owned pet crematorium run by myself, Jeanne, and my partner Stephen.

As we are a small family business we are able to offer the highest standards of individual care and attention.

Being pet lovers ourselves we understand the loss of a beloved pet is a traumatic experience. We hope to help you through this sad time by providing a dignified and compassionate service. Pets At Peace is a place where you can say goodbye to your beloved pet, in peaceful surroundings. We ONLY carry out genuine individual pet cremations. We promise your pet will be handled with respect, care and dignity at all times and be cremated ON ITS OWN. We do not transport pets using plastic bags. Instead they are laid peacefully in one of our Pet Beds. We promise they will be handled with the respect they deserve and transported to the crematorium.

Should you wish to bring your pet to the crematorium, our farewell room offers a quiet peaceful setting where owners and their families can spend time reflecting on their pet's life. It also offers the chance to say your final goodbyes in privacy and your own choice of music if desired.

Owners are able to view the start of the cremation process if they so wish for peace of mind their pet is being cremated on it's own.

We can place their ashes in a standard scatter tube, or an urn or casket or your choice. Your pet's ashes can be collected from us or returned to your home, normally within two days.

We want to help you arrange your pet's final journey and honour their memory. Just contact us to make the final arrangements. Please note the office is not permanently manned. After the working hours displayed please contact 07979 401241 for out of hours service.

When am I available/ what are my working hours❓

I set aside time each day I can be flexible for anyone who needs any bereavement support. I can and have been available the very same day for people. I am a dog walker/ cat sitter and I love this but I also miss helping people.

I am able to use time in the afternoons/ evenings and weekends around other commitments. There are no set Monday to Friday times for my pet bereavement support.

When people reach out to me for support I ask whether they need to speak to me that day. I don’t need to know the details of the loss at this time. It’s based on how you are feeling. I offer that day or give other times or days I can be available.

Most people contact when they need the help the most. I am so lucky to be able to offer same day appointments.
