Customer Notice - changes to business

As of August 2023 I’m going to stop offering top-up step 2 for free. The reason for this is because the suggestion ‘top-up’ sounds as though the treatment is potentially unfinished until you have had the second session 4- 12 weeks later. However this is not the case and has always been at my discretion and complimentary. Mostly I have completed the treatment and the client is happy after the first sitting and I am left with an hour gap earning no money for this a month later or I’m doing a minor touch up but still using the same equipment, such as microblade, ink, needles etc which are very expensive for no extra cash.

Lately I have been completing a business course for entrepreneurs and I’ve realised my costs haven’t even factored in a-lot of my outgoings for business and I spend most of my free time working.

Another reason for this, is that I have not, in 3 years, updated my prices to reflect my training. I have completed numerous one on one, in person, training days with some of the best PMU artists in the UK to make sure I can offer you the best in the industry advice and practice, i am also a member of many PMU groups and a recognised certified artist. I have never done a standard, PMU course which covers everything to hurry me through areas. This means, I can offer you the results you are used to seeing on my feed.

The new practice will be called a review which has always been offered between 4-12 week. The cost of this is £50 covering my time and my equipment and will start August 2023. This is only if you deem it necessary.

My entire price / service list will be changing also, very soon to reflect the ongoing increased to cost of living and my ever growing business.
