Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis. People seek support for many different reasons, often personal and sometimes hard to put into words.
This might show up as anxiety, low mood, exhaustion, overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection — or as something harder to name.
For others, it’s shaped by trauma, relationship patterns, or a feeling of being stuck, unclear, or out of alignment with how they want to live. For some, it relates to patterns they want to understand or change — habits, coping strategies, or ways of responding that no longer feel helpful.
Often, these experiences live as much in the body as in the mind. For some, talking alone hasn’t been enough.
Therapy can also begin with slowing down, regulating the nervous system, and paying attention to what’s happening beneath the surface.
You don’t need to have the words yet.
Support can begin in different ways.
For some, that beginning happens in nature.
