It’s the end of a beautiful week here at the Reflexology Barn.

It has been so lovely to be able to support my clients with menopause support, facial reflexology, fertility reflexology, wellbeing, bespoke aromatherapy blends and popping together a gift voucher box for a new mummy.

Thank you so much for keeping me busy and supporting my little business. I am now taking bookings from the 4th August onwards.

Remember self care isn’t selfish it’s essential and listen to your body’s whispers rather than waiting for the screams.

It’s a girl 💕💕

It is always so lovely to hear from a maternity client that their baby has arrived safe & well.

Reflexology is an amazing treatment which you can have all through your pregnancy which can support you with:

💕feeling more relaxed
💕feeling less anxious
💕feeling less stressed
💕supporting you to have better quality sleep
💕as well as giving you some time to bond with your baby

It’s back to work today after a couple of days away visiting Salzburg in Austria. It was one of the most beautiful cities we have ever visited. We went up into the mountains, walked miles around the city, and drank beer and aperol spritz. Happy memories have been made 💕💕

Thank you so much for visiting the Reflexology Barn. It is so lovely to see so many of you who are committed to looking after your wellbeing.

This week has been full of treatments to support pregnancy, menopause, wellbeing and facial treatments. Most of which have included some beautiful aromatherapy blends being created.

After stepping back a little to look after my own self care, I am really pleased to say that the Reflexology Barn is back to being able to offer more treatments each week, which just feels so lovely. If you would like to feel less stressed, less tense, enjoy feeling in a better mood , sleep well or would like support on your menopause, fertility or pregnancy journey then please do get in touch. Loving the newly designed gift cards and business cards from thank you Nicole for your patience.
It felt like time for a bit of a refresh and a revamp. 💕💕
The website is slowly getting a bit of a refresh too so it blends in with the new colour palette. 💕
The first two gift boxes with the newly designed gift cards have just been popped in the post.
