10 years ago this is what my treatment room looked liked 😱

Busy working my way through my case study treatments gaining skills and knowledge in so many areas

Never in a million years did I expect the Reflexology Barn to become what it is today .

Wow this has made me feel a little emotional this morning.

10 years, that makes me so proud

Wishing you the 2026 that brings you what you need.💕

At the end of August this year we will celebrate the Reflexology Barns 10th Birthday, if you had told me 10 years ago would I have reached this mile stone I would have never believed you.

Personally walking into 2026 feels a lot lighter than walking into 2024 & 2025, it feels so much calmer knowing there are no huge emotional decisions looming on the horizon. What happens this year happens and it will be what it will be.

Thank you for all of your support in 2025 and I look forward to supporting you in 2026 👣

As 2025 treatments come to an end today I would just like to say a huge thank you to you all. From visiting my treatment room, to buying aromatherapy products and gift vouchers and for recommending me to your family and friends. Without clients there would be no Reflexology Barn.

It’s so lovely to be with you on your life’s ups and downs and to be trusted by you to look after your wellbeing.

The photos are my new tree decorations this year. Minnie Mouse used to be on my mum’s tree but it now has a special place on mine 💕. The Austrian ladies traditional dress a memory of a lovely spring trip to Salzburg and Colin is from a close friend.

Wishing you the Christmas and new year that you need and I look forward to seeing you in 2026 when the Reflexology Barn celebrates its 10th birthday xx

Phew and relax …… when giving the gift of a calming, rebalancing , peaceful treatment has been so popular this year I ran out of gift boxes.

A delivery of new gift boxes arrived early than expected yesterday so if you have been waiting for your gift voucher order I will be in touch. Thank you Royal Mail for getting my delivery here earlier than expected.

Gift vouchers are available for collection until Monday 22nd December and for 1st class posting until Friday 19th December .

Thank you to for the most gorgeous Christmas afternoon tea. It can sometimes feel a little lonely working on your own. You miss the staff room cuppas and somebody to bounce your ideas off. But these lovely ladies both run their own therapy business and yes we can chat 🤣🤣

Wow 10 years 🌟🌟

10 years ago I had just joined as a student member, had turned our spare room into the simplest of treatment rooms and had a few thoughts on where this could possibly be heading.

2026 is a huge milestone for the Reflexology Barn and myself it is the 10 year anniversary of being here. It is so lovely to have clients who have been with me since the beginning, clients who have come for treatments during pregnancy 1, 2 and sometimes 3. Fertility clients who came and their children are now 7 & 8 years old. Clients who just pop in and out when life throws them a curve ball. Clients whose regular treatments are a non-negotiable in their wellbeing.

The Reflexology Barn has survived the curve balls life has thrown at it including Covid and most recently the effects the dementia has on a family.

This has been such a boost to recieve this week. Feeling so proud, happy and grateful as without all of my clients this little gem would not have been delivered. Thank you so so much for letting me look after you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
