Our Care Workers rate of pay is competitive, with you receiving £9.75/hour* with a high £ Mileage payment (Un-taxed), and travelling time at the same rate as hourly pay rate (unlike some other companies).

We offer Full Time & Part Time Contracts over a 3 and 4 day week in rotation.

We hope everyone is doing well out there with all the rules, regulations, instructions, warnings etc etc,.
It can get quite confusing and worrying for many.
We are so glad to have our staff here helping our clients throughout the area surrounding Whitland. Our clients say on a daily basis Thank You" and that means the world to us.

So we would like to say "Thank You to all of our staff here also.
On a daily basis we have to
Wake up sometimes before 5am
Drive through wind/rain/snow or even Boiling Sunshine (unfortunately rare!)
Knock doors/Ring Bells
Greet our clients with smiling faces and happiness in our voices (as for some of our clients we are the only person they see)
See to all of their needs
Say cheerio and go off to the next lovely client

And thats our carers.... our office staff have different things

Come into the office/work from home
Answer calls from everywhere concerning our clients/suppliers/councils and private families
Email details/receive information
File information/type information
Perform miracles with rounds lists and rotas
Interview new staff
Keep in contact with our caring staff on their rounds
Answer messages from our clients...and prepare for the next day
