1️⃣ Breathe – The Yogic Way Workshop – Jan 10th, 2 hours
Start the year by reconnecting with your energy — your Prana.
Explore classical yoga asana, pranayama, and mindful awareness practices.
Work through the Hathenas from the Gitananda Yoga tradition to gently expand lung capacity and vitality.
Expect grounding movement, expansive breathwork, and a spacious, revitalising start to 2026.
2️⃣ Monday Hatha Yoga – 6pm, Tavernspite Village Hall
3️⃣ Tuesday Online Sessions – MOVE & BREATHE
30 min MOVE (Hatha Yoga) or 30 min BREATHE (Pranayama)
