Our practice is open for queries until 6.30pm. You can contact us right up until this time. This includes our online consultation tool, SystmConnect.

To help us respond as safely and effectively as possible, we kindly encourage you to get in touch earlier in the day whenever you can.

Contacting us before 5.00pm means that we’re more likely to be able to respond to you that day. The later in the day that you submit a request, the more likely it is that we may not be able to respond to it on that day.

If your request is urgent, please phone us rather than using SystmConnect. We aim to respond to SystmConnect requests within one working day.

We also understand that there may be times when you can’t contact us earlier in the day. For those instances, we will be open until 6.30pm.

Many factors that impact our health can’t be improved through medicine or medical treatment alone.

Our social prescribers are here to connect you with non-medical support and community resources to help address these wider needs and improve your overall wellbeing.

If you’d like to access support from our social prescribers, you can self-refer at the surgery by speaking with your GP, another health professional, or a member of our reception team.
