A little update for my lovely clients 🀍

Along with many small business owners i will be increasing my treatment prices this year. I have been able to keep costs and prices down for well over a year now but due to multiple factors I will be increasing my fees by Β£5

*IMPORTANT* All gift vouchers purchased before January 31st 2025 will be honoured at their original cost!

A little update as we step into November 🀍

From the 18th of November my hours will be slowly changing to mostly afternoon/ evening appointments. This NOT permanent! it is only for the duration of the Christmas season as I will be working 2 jobs (I'm crazy i know πŸ˜‚)

I will still have some morning appointments available but they are limited. please contact me via Instagram or Facebook or ring 0191 251 9892 get booked in before they go.

A little post to let you know that red skin after a deep tissue massage is okay!

One of the effects of massage is vasodilation (expanding of blood vessels to bring more blood flow to a certain area). During massage this is caused by the skin and tissue heating up due to friction on the skin surface. It is a natural process that is extremely common!

Not to worry, the redness will settle down shortly after your treatment 😁
