Your skin is your body’s largest organ! Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide, but it’s also one of the most preventable.

🧴 Wear SPF 30+ every day (yes, even when it’s cloudy)
🕶️ Cover up with hats, sunglasses, and protective clothing
⏰ Avoid peak sun hours (11am–3pm)
🔍 Check your skin regularly for new or changing moles

Early detection can save lives. If something looks different, get it checked.

Bowel cancer can affect anyone, regardless of age or background.

Common symptoms include bleeding or blood in your poo, changes in bowel habits, unexplained weight loss, constant tiredness, and abdominal pain or lumps.

These symptoms don’t always mean cancer, but it’s important to get them checked, contact us to arrange a GP appointment if you notice any of them.
