Well here we go again… missed being in the kitchen since closing pulp fiction future food and I got most joy out of people loving my pies….I find making pastry and pies very therapeutic so I thought why not give people what they want and I find it hard cooking for two so why not cook for you too.
The pastry has been perfected and yes it’s still gluten free but it now has more of that pastry crispy crunch … which is hard to find with a gf pastry don’t you think.
We have 4 flavours which will change when i feel like it and they go like this
Stout stake and mushroom… because they are my favourite and when we have worked out the nutritional value they have more protein than a steak pie as our pastry is chock full of the stuff too
Chilli non carnie… loads of beans and veg in a rich spicy sauce spiked with raw cacao so will flood you with antioxidants too
Curried chucken Dahl… had to get a Dahl in There somewhere as the Dahl pasties used to go down a storm at pulp fiction
And last but not least Pea & smoked sham…. Taking me back to the days I first moved up north from Norfolk
