It’s all starting to feel a little bit real 😅

1 week to go 🚲
3 weeks to go 🏃‍♀️

Training in the heat definitely does not agree with me and I’d definitely underestimated the proximity of these two events 😂

But I will keep plodding on knowing I’m doing this for some very special causes.

Keep your eyes peeled for a pop up charity beach yoga and bake sale at the studio very soon!
