We all know massage makes us feel great and has many health benefits but I was shocked to see the data one of my clients shared with me from his Whoop watch readings!
This graph shows stress levels, relaxation and recovery whilst sleeping, awake and during massage. The stress levels are at their lowest whilst having a massage compared to the deepest stage of sleep!

Life gets busy but make sure to carve out some time for your health and well being massage 💆

With over 20 years experience in the industry, massage therapies have always been a passion and Kim takes pride in ensuring each visit to her treatment room is customised to suit her clients; health, mindset, massage style combinations, areas of tension and how they want to feel during and post treatment.

Your treatment will include a combination of advanced techniques;
