Another warm welcome to Josh! We are thrilled to announce that Josh is joining our clinical team as BSc sports therapist offering massage, pre-hab, re-hab and PT advice!
Josh is a World, British and European Champion Olympic weightlifter and Coach.

Josh has worked with Gateshead Thunder Rugby and Northshields Percy Park team as a sports therapist. He is very experienced in biomechanics, Physiology , anatomy and sports psychology . He strives to enable his patients to achieve their full potential whether an athlete or not!

Happy Friday and a warm welcome to Casey who is joining our massage team! Casey graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology in 2021 in the USA and recently received her Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy here in the UK. Casey is an avid ice hockey player who has represented internationally for the last 10 years. Casey has experience working with a multitude of different sports at the university level in America and is keen to continue to expand in experience. We are sure she will be a big hit at clinic and for the month of September she is offering an introductory offer of 30mins sports massage for £20!
