The award-winning shop in Whitley Bay offers a range of holistic and sports therapies, as well as a range of vegan-friendly products. Our team of highly trained specialists tailor every treatment to suit your individual needs. If you’d like some advice about which treatment to book, please contact us via Text or on Facebook. All our therapists are fully qualified and registered with the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) and we are continuously learning new techniques and gaining new qualifications to enhance our treatments. We do not offer walk-ins so that your therapist is completely dedicated to your relaxation. Please get in touch if you would like to schedule some pampering! The quickest way to get hold of us is via Facebook or Text. In all our treatments, we use all vegan-friendly products. Our skincare range is 100% naturally derived and in all massages we use carrier oils and 100% pure essential oils. Gift vouchers and products are available to purchase via our Shop.

Each session begins with a gentle moment of intuition — you’ll be guided to choose the crystals you feel most drawn to. From there, Georgina will intuitively tailor your treatment, creating a unique healing journey just for you.

Your session may include:
- A bespoke blend of 100% pure essential oils (Frankincense, Clary Sage, Rose, Lavender, Ylang-Ylang & Cedarwood) — carefully chosen to support all 7 chakras
- Light to medium pressure massage using a selenite-infused base oil to enhance energy flow and crystal activation using selenite infused oil & our chakra essential oil blend.
- Breathwork & guided meditation to calm the mind and deepen your connection
- Reiki energy healing to restore balance and promote emotional release

August Special offer; We wanted to highlight one of our new(ish) signature treatments the Vagus nerve Massage so you can experience the wonderful calm it provides! 

2 Hours reduced to £95

Using essential oils that are known for being good for stimulate the Vagus Nerve we use 100% pure essential oils Lavender, Neroli, Bergamot & Ylang-Ylang infused in a base oil for the massage and placed in a inhalation bowl under the bed also.

We start the treatment with some guided meditation and breath work, we then move to some gentle rocking motions onto the body which helps relax muscles & calm the nervous system. We do a back, neck and shoulder massage including scalp, then work into Tibetan scalp massages all over the scalp and ears we then massage the stomach, hand massage then finish with a grounding reflexology treatment.

Known for her naturally calming presence and deeply nurturing treatments, Lucy has always brought a beautiful sense of balance and tranquility to everyone she works with. Since her time with us back in 2019, she’s gone on to specialize in Fertility, Maternity, and Menopause Reflexology — areas she’s truly passionate about. She’s also added Auricular Acupuncture to her skillset, making her treatments even more holistic and transformative. As you know at Sammy Anne’s we love a scalp massage! A lot of people do not realise you can get a full one-hour treatment just massaging the scalp and face. Pure bliss. Lying face-up and supported by cushions, you will feel weightless as we invite you to take a few deep breaths to relax you into your treatment.

We will then massage the neck and décolletage and move up into the scalp where you will receive your Sammy Anne’s signature scalp massage. Using Indian head, Aromatherapy and Tibetan scalp massage techniques, we will also massage a faith in nature dragon fruit hair mask into the hair throughout this treatment.
