Hello, Im Shakti Tracy - A Breathwork and Shamanic practitioner, focussed on healing the relationship between the masculine & feminine polarities to create inner union and transformation to your relationship with yourself, others and the planet. In my sessions, I support people to access altered states of consciousness through shamanic and breathwork practices to help them to transform past patterns, release unexpressed emotions, and call back lost powers. Ultimately I want to help people to rediscover their connection to their own heart’s truth - to embody their Diamond Self – their own divinity. I work with the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine as supporting energies- however you do not need to have the same beliefs as me to attend these sessions - you can consider these as Energies, Gods, Archetypes or parts of yourself - whatever works best for you. I offer a range of group workshops and am available for 1to1 healing and breathwork sessions too. I offer a 12-month Breathwork Facilitator Training or a 6-month accelerated program - these trainings are accredited by Breathing Space and approved by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.

The Diamond frequency is an energy I’ve worked with for healing and soul evolution for over 20 years, and it holds many beautiful qualities.

The Diamond is a frequency of highest love, of the divine, and we all hold it within our hearts too. This is because we are all beautiful fractals of the divine.

The Diamond can awaken this remembrance, sometimes known as Christ Consciousness, helping us reconnect to our true nature.

Connecting with the Diamond can restore the heart, bring healing to the body and mind, and reconnect us to our truth and purpose. It can offer insight, empowerment, and support us to remember our unique gifts and abilities.

The session I’m holding on Sunday will be similar to the Christmas Day one I held. It feels right to honour the stillness of winter, and the need for rest, regulation, and restoration at this time of year.

There will be: No breathwork, No shamanic journeying, No sharing.

Just a quiet space to come together, rest, integrate, and be held in love and peace.

You can receive this in whatever way feels right for you, sitting, lying down, journaling, meditating, or even sleeping.

Nothing to do. Nowhere to perform. Just being.

All spiritual beliefs, genders, and ages are welcome.

I’m holding a free group Diamond Energy session to honour this portal and the stillness of winter, a space for rest, regulation, and restoration.

No breathwork

For me, it’s been an extra-special New Year portal this year, with it being a 1/1/1 numerology.

Strangely, I’ve also seen more people than ever posting that it isn’t actually the New Year now, and that the Gregorian calendar isn’t real.

I just want to say, I’m happy to celebrate lots of New Years. 🥳🥳🥳
Samhain (Halloween), 1st January, Chinese New Year, the Spring Equinox, they’re all beautiful collective opportunities to mark a beginning.

It’s all good 😊

For me, it’s not really about the date. There isn’t actually one true New Year, it’s a human construct and could be any date really.

What matters more are the doorways. ❤️

Moments where, collectively, we choose to give a date meaning.
When enough of us do that together, we can work with that shared energy to support bigger shifts and real change.

Since holding the New Year’s Eve Shamanic Gateway Ceremony and stepping into the energy of 1/1/1, I feel like my life has already had a big realignment.

I had some deep grief surface on the 1st, and had to let go of things that were no longer right in my life.

And now… I’m going to Iceland (the country not the shop 😆!!) in May for more Shamanic Kink magic, which I totally hadn’t expected. But it feels so right and amazing.

Iceland!! Wowzers!!! 😍💎🔥

It truly feels like there are further initiations waiting for me there.

And overall, my life suddenly feels more spacious, with less struggle and more pleasure which is honestly such a gift.

So… thank you 1/1/1.
You’ve definitely got things moving for me ✨

Anyway, how have you been feeling?

Did you feel the call of newness, or were you more in the “nope, not yet” energy?

Both are perfect.
Both can coexist.

I was so tired and teary yesterday that I spent the day in bed.

I think the love and energy of the New Year’s Eve workshop really hit my heart.

I think because ultimately the marking of a New Year is also the acknowledgement of the passing of time. I became so aware of how limited and precious our time here on Earth is.

I do actually believe in reincarnation, and that we meet the same people lifetime after lifetime. However, in a shamanic journey I was told to treat this lifetime here as though it was my last.

It really made me think, what would I do differently? What would I appreciate more about life? Would I slow down, or try to do more before I left?

My thoughts were that I’d take more time to experience all the really beautiful and sweet things in life, my children, friends, textures of fabrics (this seemed super important in the moment!), music, breathing. And just to be love.

The sadness I woke up to the next day was a grief of having to let all these things go one day.

That might seem a bit depressing (sorry hehe!), however I really feel it was a gift.

It is soooo easy to take life for granted, but to remember that our time here is precious and limited can really shift things.

Usually I don't start my new year until spring time, but this year it feels different.

There's an urgency and excitement to get going with 2026, but also an awareness that I need to prepare. Tie up lose ends, tidy my home, have a clear out of what I no longer need (internally and externally)

Really intentionally prepare for what is to come.

I have had some people ask me what my intentions are for next year and to be honest I don't know yet (well apart from play guitar more!)

For me, completion has to happen first to make space for the new.

I think is why ive been called to hold a online ceremony on New Years Eve for others too. It just felt it was important this year.

A space where people who feel drawn can consciously complete 2025 and be open to guidance, inspiration and empowerment for 2026.

The Shamanic Ceremony is divided into 3 parts where we will explore -

1. Conscious completion of 2025 - Acknowledging and celebrating your growth and what needs to be let go of and still needs to be completed to create space for 2026.

2. Visioning 2026 - meeting future self, supporting guides for 2026, visions and intentions for the coming year

3. Activating 2026 - Diamond energy activation with optional breathwork practices to bring in the love and energetic support, guidance and love needed for 2026.

and space to gently prepare for what’s coming next.
