I will be guiding you through deep breathing practices at this two-hour sound travelling meditation session. It will help boost your health and wellbeing on many levels - mental, emotional and energetic and provide resilience for the coming final months of 2022.
You do not need to understand astrology to know this is a time of mega change and we ourselves are going through times of making huge choices for our futures. Tuning in with sound healing helps this process magnificently. I know this through my own research and life having Gonged thousands of people and worked with and taught yoga and sound healing with practitioners from all over our world. Sharing research and knowledge, studying the sciences and simply sharing the love of being a human being.
