Love yourself completely, warts and all! You spend the most time with yourself, so it’s so important that you love yourself. You can fill yourself up, by looking after yourself. Feed yourself good, nutritious food, shower yourself with the best smelling shower gel that you love; put on clothes that make you feel good everyday; make sure your hair looks lovely and put on make up that gives you that little bit of extra confidence. Speak to yourself in a loving way.
Don’t waste time on seeking validation from anyone else. You know yourself 100%. They don’t!!! 🩷🥰🥰🩷

Thoughts can drive you crazy!!

This is why it’s a very good idea to practise
‘Mindfulness’ because when you live in the moment, you think less.

‘Meditation’ is also very good, because it gives you chance to
Listen to your thoughts and let go of those unwanted and untrue thoughts.

Your thoughts are there to protect you and keep you safe.

So when you are getting overwhelmed with your thoughts, ask yourself these questions:

Is it true?

Is it absolutely true?

How does this thought make me feel?

What would m life be like, if I didn’t have this thought?

Remember that “Thoughts become things!”

When you are overwhelmed and/or stressed out how do you behave? Do you fight, flight, freeze or fawn?

I definitely FREEZE That’s my coping mechanism. I haven’t always known, but after working in myself and learning about the different coping mechanisms, I now know.

Be gentle with yourself. Don’t fight the process. Go with it, but be aware of how you deal with overwhelm and/or stress.

💜have self belief

If I asked you, what you want in your life, would you be able to answer me?

I never used to be able to. I knew what I didn’t want, but had no clue about what I wanted.

That was until I had a life coach. She helped me to work out what I wanted in my
Life. It was life-changing!!

Can you answer these questions? -

Do you know what you want?
What would make you happy?
Where would you love to live?
How would you love to spend your days?

I would love you to do some journaling on these questions.

Choose the perfect note-book for you and start writing, doodling, mindmaps etc to answer the questions.

YOU should be the most important person in your life. Make sure that you look after YOU! Love yourself first. Feed yourself good, nutritious food; make sure that you get enough sleep; take time out for yourself; keep yourself clean and dress well; drink plenty of water; surround yourself with people who are good for you. Take part in activities that light you up, such as: reading, writing in your journal, chatting with good friends, cooking; travelling to new places, running, going to the gym etc.
Remember you are the only person you are guaranteed to be with for the rest of your life.

You are in charge of your life.

You can change it whenever you wish.

Take time to write in your journal, how you’d like your life to be.

What would you like to change, if anything?

What would make your life even better?

How could you make these changes?

Where would you like to be in 5 year’s time?

Remember, that you are the one who can write what happens in your life.

Don’t give the pen to anybody else and don’t leave it, to happen without your thoughts.

Life is precious and very short. Don’t waste it!
