Friends and clients often ask me about crystals, which crystals they should buy and what they should have in their home. I am no expert on crystals, but I feel that Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz are often called the Holy Trinity of crystals because together they support the mind, the heart and the spirit.

Amethyst is used for calm and mental clarity.
Rose Quartz supports emotional healing and self love.
Clear Quartz helps bring balance and focus and is known for amplifying intention.

You cannot go wrong with the three above.

Not because of crystal balls, rituals, or dramatic mystical moments, but because it’s something I’ve sensed my whole life.

Psychic ability isn’t something you switch on. It’s the ability to read energy that already exists here and now.

I have been thinking about life…. Our individual journey……We all walk our own path through life.

From the moment we are born, we begin collecting experiences. Some are joyful, some are painful. Over time, we pack them away like items in a backpack we carry with us wherever we go.

Some backpacks become heavy. Filled with unprocessed emotions, old wounds, fear and hurt. Others feel lighter. Not because those people avoided hardship, but because they learned how to unpack what no longer needed to be carried.

Healing gives you tools. Tools that help you separate the experience from the emotional weight attached to it. You do not erase what happened. You keep the learning, the wisdom and the logic, but you release the charge that weighs you down.

When you do this, the journey becomes easier. You walk forward with more clarity, more freedom and more energy. And in time, your path and your experience become a guide for others carrying similar weight.

Doing the inner work matters more than we realise.

When you choose healing, through Rahanni or any heart led practice, you are not just supporting yourself. You are gently breaking cycles. Patterns of stress, emotional suppression and survival responses do not have to be passed on.

Children learn regulation, safety and self worth through the energy around them. When you calm your nervous system, soften old wounds and lead with compassion, you create a different foundation for the next generation.

There were many people worshipping, praying, sitting in stillness. When that many humans gather with shared intention, something shifts. Collective focus creates energy. I love this photo! I took the photo at the Audrey Hepburn Museum in Cornwall. While trying to focus my camera…. I felt that quiet moment…. it was more than just a photograph of a gorgeous sculpture.

Thoughts rushed in…. A small opening. A moment of softness. A glimpse of light through layers that once felt heavy and closed. My Rahanni healing journey has not been about fixing myself. It has been about gently allowing space where there once was tension, fear and grief. Rahanni works quietly, lovingly, and without force. It meets you exactly where you are and reminds you of who you are underneath everything you have carried.

Healing does not always arrive loudly. Sometimes it arrives as peace. Sometimes as acceptance. Sometimes as the simple feeling of being held and supported by something greater.

This journey has taught me that healing is not linear. It is circular, layered, and deeply personal. Each session opens another doorway. Each doorway lets in a little more light.
