As it seems to be getting warmer do remember this if you're coming for an appointment.

Although the room is cooler than most places being massaged will create a sympathetic response in your body and warm you up.

Bring either Water, Squash or a drink with some electrolytes to keep hydrated.
Water will be provided if needed.

I also love ice lollies and have plenty.
Want a lolly feel free to ask.
