I’ve been promising this class for a while now and I’ve finally got round to making it work in my schedule ❣️

⋇ Asana & Pranayama ⋇
This is a 45 minute Hatha Yoga Class all about working with the Prana(energy) to cultivate a deep sense of awareness in body and mind.
The practice will start with a series of Asanas(poses), before making its way inward to the more subtle and internal experiences of Hatha Yoga.
We often think of Pranayama simply as ‘breath control’, but when we look at this word in its two parts, Prana(energy) and ayama(expansion) its meaning transforms our understanding. We can expand our energy through the use of the the breath, finding a sense of wellbeing, oneness and vitality.
Come to move, breathe and feel energised.
** please expect extended exploration of Pranayama techniques in this class.
