We are receiving a large number of queries regarding Weight Loss Injections.
At the present time, these are only available on the NHS to a very small group of patients who meet the strictest of clinical criteria.
You will have received a letter from us if you are eligible.

Private injections are available to a much wider group of patients.

🚨 Parking Scam Alert – Whitstable Medical Practice 🚨

We have investigated reports of suspicious text messages claiming to be Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) after parking at Estuary View Medical Centre.

-No issues or connection with third-party payment apps.
-Horizon Parking never sends PCNs via text – these are opportunistic scams from fraudsters.

Ignore/delete any such messages – don't click links or share details!

Please warn family members and elderly relatives to stay vigilant.
Safest option: Pay at the machines outside the centre, a printed receipt is available (no phone number needed).

More tips on parking fraud are available here: https://www.britishparking.co.uk/protect-yourself-from-fraud

Thank you.

🚨 Safety Alert for All Sites Today 🚨
Please take extra care when walking or driving at all of our sites today.
The torrential downpour of rain at 5am has washed away much of the grit that was applied overnight, and some areas have re-frozen.
Our gritting contractor will return as soon as possible to treat the surfaces again.
Thank you for your understanding in relation to this unavoidable situation. βš οΈβ„οΈ

Important Patient Notice Regarding Parking Scams

We have become aware that some patients have received fraudulent text messages claiming to be Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) after using third-party payment apps to pay for parking at Estuary View Medical Centre.

Please be reassured: Horizon Parking will never issue a Parking Charge Notice via SMS and the message you have received is a scam.

To minimise the risk of falling victim to these scams, we recommend paying at the payment machines located outside the medical centre. This allows you to print a receipt without entering your mobile number or any personal details.

We have reported this matter to Horizon Parking, who are investigating with the relevant third-party providers.

Thank you.
