Life is so
Flipping sacred. Amen 🙏🏽

Unless a person has endured really dark and difficult things in their life, they simply won’t have the emotional sensitivity or spiritual depth to relate to you at the level of soul. 🧭

They won’t experience you or this life with holy wonder.

They haven’t been initiated into the abyss of ego death — to rise back into the light understanding the significance of your presence. 🌙

That’s not elitism.

That’s just truth.

Some people haven’t been cracked open yet. And until they are, they’ll treat sacred things casually.

Your depth will confuse them.

Your stillness will bore them. Your need for real connection will feel like “too much.”

So stop expecting shallow people to suddenly become deep.

Stop asking those who haven’t suffered to understand your scars.

It’s not their fault — but it’s also not your job to lower your soul to meet them.

Find people who treat you as sacred.

Who appreciate the value of your presence.

Who’ve been through enough to know that love, time, and attention are not casual.

Your soul deserves to be seen.

Not managed. Not tolerated. Revered.

Find your people.

They’re out there.

They’ve been looking for you too. 🕯

Trying takes a lot of effort in whatever context ♥️🙏🏽

Trying to heal.

While trying to grieve.

While trying to forgive.

While trying to forget.

While trying to love.

While trying to be loved. 🧭

That’s a lot for one heart.

No wonder you’re exhausted.

No wonder some days you feel like you’re moving backward.

You’re not failing.

You’re just carrying more than any one person should have to carry at once. 🌙

Be gentle with yourself.

You don’t have to solve everything today.

You don’t have to forgive before you’re ready.

You don’t have to love perfectly while you’re still hurting.

Just breathe.

Just take the next small step.

Just give yourself credit for still trying — when giving up would have been so much easier.

One thing at a time.

One feeling at a time.

One day at a time.

Your heart isn’t weak.

It’s just full.

And fullness needs rest, not criticism.

You’re doing better than you think. Really. 🕯

Kind of … having survived many losses … does it really make one “more real”.. idk 🤷‍♂️.. here’s to Absolutely being “more authentic” then. Whatever that means.
If you are grieving Know you are not alone.

It’s interesting how much more authentic losing someone you love can make you. 🧭

Once you face your worst fear — and survive — there’s really not much room left to worry about what people think.

Their opinions don’t land the same way anymore.

Their judgment doesn’t sting.

Because you’ve already been through hell. And you’re still here. 🌙

After that, being liked becomes optional.

Fitting in becomes irrelevant.

You stop performing.

Stop shrinking.

Stop apologizing for who you are.

Because you know what real loss feels like — and someone’s side-eye isn’t it.

You become kind of invincible.

Not because nothing hurts.

Because you know you can survive what hurts.

And that changes everything.

So if you’ve lost something or someone that meant the world to you — grieve.

But also notice: you’re different now. More real.

Less afraid.

That’s not just survival.

That’s becoming.

And that’s a gift grief never gets credit for. 🕯

On the night of November 27, the Frost Moon rises — the first full moon of the winter season.
It shines with an icy brilliance, casting silver light across frozen forests, quiet lakes, and fields touched by early frost.
The night sky feels colder, clearer, almost sharper… as if winter itself is breathing in for the first time.

For centuries, the Frost Moon marked the arrival of long nights and still landscapes, a reminder that nature is slowing down to rest.
Tonight, its cold glow turns even the simplest scenes into something magical — shadows stretching across snow, pine trees shimmering with frost, distant stars glittering like frozen sparks.

If the sky is clear, step outside and look up.
Let the light of the Frost Moon settle into the silence of the season —
a reminder that even in the coldest nights, beauty finds its way back to the sky. ❄️🌕✨
