Cannot belive it's nearly 2026?!

We started this adventure back in 2018. Inspired to provide trainings that actually made you a good teacher rather than send you out into the world with more questions than answers!

We are proud to provide comprehensive, challenging, and unique teacher training that needs a full year to be absorbed.

We consistently challenge dogma, embrace nuance, and delve deep into the true meaning of yoga.

We rewrite, unlearn, and relearn to constantly evolve our offerings. It's humbling, challenging, emotional, liberating, ...exhausting, yet every day, we are grateful we get to continue to share what we've learned.

We feel so fortunate to have been chosen by so many incredible teachers who are out there doing amazing things.

This course leads you through a thorough and in depth education from the Roots of ancient Yoga all the way through to the constantly evolving modern science and understanding of human anatomy.

Our 100 hour advanced teacher training is coming up again in November. Spread over 5 months, we delve into the art of teaching, and nourishing yourself as a teacher.
 
This training covers topics 200 hour trainings can’t.
It’s aimed at teachers who’ve taught for a while and recognise the gaps that need filling, who want to dive deep and become better teachers. It’s vulnerable, beautiful, exposing, challenging and will make you realise how capable you are. You’ll be able to offer more to those who really need help- students you may have shied away from and not felt knowledgeable enough to teach.
Taking a deeper delve into advancing your knowledge and your teaching, this broad selection of topics will feature guest teachers and experts in their field. it’s not generic training. It’s deeply researched, practiced, nuanced and up to date. We work together closely as a group and bring our collective experience to the table.

A grand finish to a wonderful 5 months of us teaching these kind, talented and inspiring yoga teachers a deeper understanding of practices that needed to be shared. We spent the time and money on all the courses so that we could cherry pick the best bit to give to them. 100 hours of further training in pranayama, meditation, yoga nidra, chair yoga, advanced poses, hyper mobility, workshops, assists and trauma informed teaching. New intake for November 2025 if your up for learning g this stuff to up date your yoga teaching.

We were so honoured to be joined by the amazing on our 100-hour advanced teacher training today at .

This module was all about assists. We spent the morning breaking down the Reloaded approach to providing useful and necessary assists that give the student the power.

In the afternoon, Hannah gave us some beautiful shavasana assists blended with her knowledge of reiki and facial reflexology.
