People often think therapy has to look one certain way… but I don’t believe that’s true.
Some people love hypnotherapy.Some prefer talking things through.Some need practical tools.Some need help understanding the part of them that feels stuck, anxious, overwhelmed or scared.
That’s why I work differently with each client.
I work with adults, teenagers and children, and I use a mix of approaches depending on the person and what feels right for them including hypnotherapy, CBT techniques, parts therapy, regression therapy, relaxation work and simple talking sessions.
Parts therapy and other techniques don’t always involve hypnosis either, which many people are surprised to hear.
For me, it’s never about forcing one method onto everyone. It’s about finding what actually helps you.
