Join Sunni & Emma for this transformative and heart opening afternoon journeying with the breath and the healing vibrations of sound.

The session will begin with a breath work session guided by experienced Breath coach Emma.
Emma will guide you through the incredible Psychedelic Breath® Practice.
This practice is completely sober but will lead you into a beautiful state of consciousness, that will leave you with a sense of physical release, a deep feeling of connection and a refreshed perspective.

This practice takes you on a journey with the self where you can connect to heartfelt intentions and manifest their potential.

This will lead into a long relaxation where Sunni will guide you through the multiple layers of Sound. Here you can integrate your experience and take time to fully immerse in the moment.

Take time to dive in to who you are and connect with yourself in a new and transformational way.

This practice is not recommended for the following ;
Pregnancy
Epilepsy
High Blood Pressure
CV Disease
High inner eye pressure
Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Psychosis
Recent Surgery.
