✨ TLC Focus Group Award Celebration ✨

This week at our Annual Christmas Party, we were proud to present our TLC Focus Group Award, presented by our Chair.

The TLC Focus Group is made up of people who use our service, family members of those who use our service, and people with close links to them. This makes the award especially meaningful, as it is driven by the voices and experiences of those we support 💙

The award is judged by reviewing all compliments received about our staff over a one-year period, recognising those who consistently go above and beyond. This year’s results truly highlight the dedication of our team:

👏 3 staff received 4 mentions
