Im hoping professionally to explore more training opportunities, im always looking for new ways to aid you all, to improve mobility, injury recovery,health and wellbeing.
Im also personally looking forward to my Arctic trek in March, and hopefully a few adventures with family and friends too as the year develops. Life is all about the journey 😉😀❤️

Some clients feel more comfortable on the massage chair, and comfort is key. The more relaxed you are the better results can be achieved in a session.
Muscles open up, allowing access and this helps me to loosen tight areas and improve mobility.
When we really stuck, the heated scrapers are absolute game changers at loosening fascia and helping me, the therapist, to loosen stretch and de tangle those tight muscles. Plus they feel amazing 👍❤️

Every session, every client. Tailored. Because no 2 of us are the same so why should your massages be????

I hear you, Im feeling it. So Im actively reminding myself it's ok to say no, it's ok to prioritise family and self care. It's absolutely ok to sit in your pj's and slippers and watch Netflix...and not drag yourself out for another social...its ok.
Sometimes we need permission to slow things down.
So this is me, saying. Take care of you ###
