We have a dedicated session every week, not only for those over 60 looking to improve their strength, mobility & health through strength training… but ANYONE looking to make a change, kickstart some new habits & begin to take the first steps towards a stronger more confident version of themselves!

These sessions are designed for those with a minimal level of fitness and upwards!

We will guide you through a range of low impact, strength and mobility movements to progressively increase both your health & confidence levels, enabling you to perform a wider range of activities & develop the ability to perform movements and tasks with greater ease & lower risk of injury!

Our current members have seen huge benefits from these sessions, whether it be:
- Getting back to activities such as cycling or walking trail routes with family/friends following lower body issues 🚶‍♂️
- Having the confidence to take on new challenges without fear of injury 💪
- Building strength in order to be approved for surgeries or getting back to full strength following operations 🦵
- Losing excess weight (one member dropping over 20lbs due to lifestyle changes from starting with us) ⬇️
- Learning new skills and finding a love for self improvement 📈

After the success of our first seated, Reiki & Crystal Soundbath, last month at Greenbrook House,
AVON Hair & Holistics & Serotones Sound & Holistic healing Services are happy to announce, our next event will be Monday 28th April 7pm, once again at Greenbrook House, Cowm Park Way South, Whitworth ol12 8ah.
The investment is £20pp, £10 deposit will secure your place, either on one of our comfy chairs/sofas, or if you'd like to bring a floor mat, there are also floor spaces available on this event.

Reiki is a Japanese Spiritual Healing Technique, which can help assist the body's natural healing process, by removing blockages & allowing healing energy to flow freely, resulting in relaxation & emotional, mental & spiritual wellbeing.
It can also help with stress and anxiety, leaving you more focused & positive.
The healing benefits of Crystals predominantly surround areas of mental wellbeing, including feelings of increased tranquility, positivity and focus.
Soundbathing can help to reduce stress, relieve symptoms of anxiety, remove blockages, Improve sleep and leave you feeling replenished, more focused, calm & relaxed. Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls and Pyramids, Koshi Chimes, Shamanic Drum and other instruments are used to create beautiful sounds & vibrations which can help bring your mind and body to a harmonic state.

You will receive a 'Crystal Dip' & Crystal Gifts will also be available to purchase. 🙏
